unpaid bills taking off my sleep

i hate it when i get bills in the middle of the month. hello!! send the bills at the beginning of the month then it would be much easier for us to pay. or send it at the end so we could deal with it when the next month start. here i'm in trouble now. couldnt sleep because i've to withdraw money to pay for the bill. oh wait, why today? because the today is the due date. hehe, .. thanks to who ever built Tropicana City Mall.. lol, if that wasnt built here, i would have to have a longer drive.
